Is this an insurance plan?
No, this is not an insurance plan. Our discount plan provides you with discounted prices on a wide range of health care services and products. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received via a network of participating doctors.

How does a discount plan work?
First, please review the list of participating office locations by using the "Location Search" page or by calling (844) 210-9240. The plan includes complimentary services in addition to discounts on dental procedures as outlined in the Savings Chart. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider

Can I include dependents on my plan?
Yes. One of the wonderful features of our discount plans is that your entire household (up to four people) can receive the discounts, even children away at college!

How long will it take me to get into the system after I sign up?
After you have successfully become a member either by joining on the website or calling (844) 528-5538, you will receive your membership cards and materials in about 7-10 days, but you can immediately begin using your benefits once your enrollment is complete.

How do I get additional membership cards?
If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (844) 528-5538 . We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

How do I cancel my membership?
Verbal cancellations are accepted over the phone. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a 100% refund less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.

If I wish to change locations, does the plan coverage follow?
The PremierOne Dental Plan gives you access to a network of participating doctors. Please use the Location Search to find a provider convenient to you.
